Shipping, Packaging & Returns Policy

At Shroom Bros, we are committed to ensuring your products arrive safely, securely, and in a timely manner. All orders are shipped using discreet packaging, with no indication of the contents on the exterior of the parcel.

Each package is carefully sealed in a tear-proof plastic bag and cushioned with environmentally friendly packing materials to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

If, for any reason, you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. All claims are reviewed by our management team, and where appropriate, a replacement product or store credit will be issued. Please note that replacement products are only provided in cases of defective items. Shroom Bros reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.

Store credits issued will expire after ninety (90) days and are provided in the form of a single-use coupon code. Any unused balance on a coupon will be forfeited, and we are unable to reissue new codes for remaining amounts.

All orders are shipped via secure, trackable delivery services. In the unlikely event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund where applicable.

If you are not satisfied with your order, returns may be considered. In cases where the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds, where granted, are issued at our discretion.

In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will attempt to contact you within 3 days to arrange a suitable alternative. If we are unable to reach you, we will select a replacement product of similar value and quality. No refund or credit will be issued for such substitutions.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate, as incorrect information may result in delays or additional shipping charges. Shroom Bros reserves the right to charge for re-shipment where necessary.

At Shroom Bros, quality is our priority. We follow strict handling procedures, including the use of sterile gloves during processing. All products undergo careful sanitation to eliminate unwanted contaminants. Our packaging is air-sealed and tamper-proof to ensure product integrity. If your package appears tampered with upon arrival, please contact us immediately.


Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. All shipments are delivered in plain, unbranded outer packaging, with only discreet internal branding. A neutral return address is used to ensure confidentiality at every stage of delivery.


Payment Methods

For your convenience and privacy, we accept bank transfer, Bitcoin, and Ethereum payments. Once payment is confirmed (typically within 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends), your order will be processed and shipped promptly.


Fast UK Delivery

We understand the importance of fast delivery. All orders are shipped via UK Priority Mail, with delivery typically within 1–3 business days across the United Kingdom.

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. We offer competitive shipping rates, with free delivery on orders over £150.
